The My Mental Health website is focused at services for people living in the North Brisbane and Moreton Bay regions.


If you live outside of these areas, you can call the national Head to Health Phone Service for free to chat about what services are available in your area. When you call you can enter your postcode, to ensure you are directed through to a team in your local area who can help you access the local mental health services and supports that are right for you or someone you care about.


You can make a free call to Head to Health between 8.30am - 5pm weekdays (except public holidays).

13 HEALTH is a confidential phone service that provides health advice to Queenslanders. You can phone and talk to a registered nurse 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the cost of a local call.

The healthdirect Service Finder gives you quick and easy access to Australia's most comprehensive directory of health services and providers. Search results are based on location, allowing you to find the closest doctor, pharmacy, physio, etc.

You can also use healthdirect's online Symptom Checker which will guide you through a set of easy questions to help you understand your symptoms and provide advice on what to do — whether you should see a local GP, manage the condition at home, or go to an emergency department.
